LEN THURSTON

This site is dedicated to the incredible art of Len Thurston. Len was one of the leading artists in the golden era of illustrative art. I have been collecting illustrative art, and in particular Len's work, for several years. Since Len Thurston's death I have been attempting to catalogue my now extensive collection of dozens of paintings.

 

The collection covers three decades and includes art used by several publishers, including Headline, Hodder and Stoughton, and Orion. In addition, Len's work has been a frequent feature in numerous magazines and publications, from Womans Weekly to Readers Digest.
